Known for their large bulging trunk base as well as their durability, the ponytail palm is a great houseplant for those constantly on the go. These large plants are extremely well rooted, healthy and ready to be showcased inside your home or business.
Ponytail palms do very well when grown under average indoor lighting conditions, performing best when placed within 4 feet of a window. They can survive when watered as infrequently as once every two weeks and will grow based on the size of their pot. native to southeastern Mexico, these have been know to live for more than 300 years.
The listing photographs show different sides of the two palms being made available, growing in their 2-1/2 gallon containers. The plants stand 20 inches above the soil and have a base that measures 5 inches in diameter. A portion of their winter leaves have been trimmed, however these will fill out very rapidly.
These plants will be shipped with little soil and without pots. PLEASE NOTE: We do not use heat packs and we are not responsible for damage related to the plants being exposed to cold temperatures.
Shipping via Federal Express Home Delivery to any address within the contiguous United States, with the exception of those in California, is included in the listing prices. We cannot ship these plants to destinations within California or to those falling outside of the contiguous USA.

Unfortunately, we lack the certifications required by the California Department Of Agriculture that would allow us to ship live plants to those residing in the state of California.
