These two large angel wing shells were collected from a Texas beach and are in very good condition. Though both have minor damage to their edges, they are much nicer than the vast majority that can be found.
Being "wild" shells, these were not found as a set, but were matched based on their similar size and shape after being found. They have been lightly scrubbed and washed with fresh water but are otherwise as they were found in the surf.
One of the shells measures 5-1/2 inches long and is 2-1/8 inches wide at the hinge. The other is
5-1/4 inches in length and measures 2 inches wide at the hinge.
