These two large and extremely well preserved cedar tree stumps were collected from a densely wooded area of our Central Texas ranch. Both have wonderfully weathered gray surfaces, flowing lines and natural troughs and recesses that combine to create visually appealing and striking pieces. These could be positioned as free-standing pieces or, with minimal hardware, they could be wall mounted. Use them as the focal point of a planting bed, rock garden or along a walkway or as a very unique mounting surface for a number of tillandsias, bromeliads or staghorn ferns.
The first piece measures roughly 25 X 8-1/2 X 15-1/2 inches and has a weight of 8 pounds.
The second piece has measurements of approximately 19 X 11 X 11-1/2 inches and weighs 4-1/2 pounds.
The pieces have been washed and lightly scrubbed but are otherwise as they were found.
