13 Fossil Seashells, Phosphatized Cretaceous Period Gastropods, FREE US Shipping

Sorry, this item has sold.

These fossil seashells were collected from the North Sulphur River located in Texas and are more than 66 million years old. The whirled shapes combined with their natural black color make these great candidates for use in a craft or jewelry project.

The 13 fossils in this listing were removed directly from layers of hardened clay and have been washed and lightly scrubbed. Small residual amounts of the rock solid clay are still present and highlight their wonderful details.

The largest shell measures approximately 35 X 28 X 19 mm (1.4 X 1.1 X .75 inches), with the smallest piece being 9 X 8 X 8 mm (.4 X .3 X .3 inches).

Shipping to any address within the United States is included in the listing price.
