These oak beads could be used to provide a natural and rustic touch to pieces of jewelry or any number of other projects. Though a portion of the bark was removed from each to enhance their appearance. lichens can be found on some of the exterior bark surfaces. A hard wood wax coating has been added for increased protection and durability.
These handcrafted beads measure between 9 and 22 mm (1/3 to 3/4 inch) in length and have diameters ranging from 13 to 21 mm (1/2 to 3/4 inches). If all 25 beads were strung end-to-end, the strand would be 14 inches in length.
All have been side drilled, the holes being approximately 1 mm. If larger holes are desired, simply send us a message after checkout. This service is provided free of charge, however it will add 24 hours to the order processing time.
