These Gymnocalycium plants are mature, very well rooted and loaded with offsets. This is a rare opportunity for anyone interested in propagating variegated Gymnocalycium or those searching for a special addition to their collection. As a bonus, the plants are also ready to bloom.
The listing photographs were taken on 4/19/2025 and show the exact two plants being made available. Both mother plants measure 2.75 inches in diameter and were photographed growing in their 4 inch pots. One of these plants will ship with each order, in their pots with soil.
These typically grow to be around 3 inches in diameter and their colors can change over time. Plant them in soil that drains extremely well and provide them with plenty of bright indirect sunlight. They can go for long periods without water and care should be taken not to overwater them. They can tolerate freezing temperatures, however exposure to anything below 40 degrees Fahrenheit should be avoided if at all possible.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not use heat packs and are not responsible for damage related to the plants being exposed to cold temperatures.
