Euphorbia clava is an easy to care for and quick growing succulent that can reach a height of 4 feet. Although they typically take the form of a single elongated stem, the specimens in this listing were pruned in a manner that caused them to branch near the tops of their main stems. These are sure to make interesting additions to any exotic plant collection.
One of the four plants shown in the listing photos will be shipped with each order. All are well rooted, stand 9 to 10 inches above the soil and have 7 to 9 branches. They are shown growing in their 4 inch pots, however will be shipped without soil or containers.
Plant E. clava in a mixture of pumice or perlite, peat moss and only a small amount of typical succulent soil. Water when completely dry during the warmer months and only once per month between late fall and early spring. They prefer early day direct sunlight, however the plants in this listing will need to be gradually exposed to direct sun as they have been grown in a greenhouse. They may also be grown in a location that receives bright indirect sunlight for the majority of the day. They should not be exposed to freezing temperatures and can only tolerate a temperature of 40 degrees for a short period of time.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not use heat packs and we are not responsible for damage related to the plant being exposed to cold temperatures.
