The natural stone spheres in this listing originated from an area of exposed sandstone in Central Texas. Once completely encased deep within the rock, they were revealed when the softer material that once surrounded them weathered away. These geological oddities could be used in any number of craft projects and they are believed to be a source of healing and balance.
Sandstone and iron combined with a cementing material to form these stones that are being made available in three separate lots. The listing photos show the exact pieces that are available and all pieces of a given size will be shipped if that size is selected at checkout.
There are 20 of the small size stones and they measure between 7 and 9mm in diameter.
There are 15 of the medium size stones that are 10 to 12mm in diameter.
There are 10 large size stones having diameters of 17 to 18mm.
Few are perfectly round and their measurements can vary slightly depending on where they are taken. The amount of sandstone and iron varies from piece to piece with some being nearly completely made of sandstone and others being nearly pure iron oxide.
Shipping to any address within the United States is included in the listing prices.
